What I look for in a Travel Agent is someone that is willing to pay attention to detail and find a way to customize my trip to fit my needs. Ryan is that, and so much more. He spends time getting to understand what is important to YOU (rest, solitude, excursions, activities, etc etc). He is attentive, knowledgeable, and so kind. Most of all, when things don't quite work out as planned, Ryan is there to step in and resolve any issue.

 

I just had my first experience with Take Me Away Travel and my first Caribbean vacation. Thank you to Ryan Trenn and his amazing Team for making this the best experience! So detailed and helpful, they took away any stress or worry. I highly recommend them and will definitely have them help me with future trips!

Ryan helped me book my destination wedding in Mexico, during the pandemic, in 8 months. We had a group of 24 people which he coordinated all rooms and transportation for. I literally could not have done this without him. He was in constant contact with the resort to ensure our room reservations and wedding planning was going well. Through his contacts at the resort he was able to get the promotions offered in writing. Any time I was unsure about something Ryan found me the answers in a timely manner...

There were 20+ of us on a Spring Break trip who booked using Ryan. We went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Ryan was awesome. He took care of the entire trip including transportation and island excursions. And when the excursion was canceled suddenly (the tour company decided to not do the tour on a Sunday), he was quick to refund my money and rebooked for a later day. Ryan worked with us to ensure that we booked the best option at the resort which offered many different price points and room choices. 

Ryan found a great resort for my wife and I in Cancun, Mx. The hotel mixed up the room reservation and we made one call to Ryan and he had it corrected immediately. Ryan is a fantastic communicator and very responsive. I highly recommend his services!
