Start Planning Your Group Trip

To start planning your group trip, a group leader should contact TMAT and schedule a consultation with our group travel specialist and agency director, Ryan Trenn. During your consultation, we'll discuss your trip's details, travel ideas and needs, and the key elements to make your group trip work for everyone.

The Planning Process

After discussing your ideas for your group's trip, travel option(s) will be designed. Once we find the right destination and travel itinerary for your group, we'll share your travel information to your guests. Guests will make their reservations directly with TMAT. The group leader will work directly with TMAT for guest management and for ease of planning.
